Using a combination of exercises, psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you reach your full potential and achieve your goals in life, whilst living your values.
Firstly, we would have an inital phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. It's important that there is a connection between the person being coached and the coach. After the intial conversation, coaching can commence either face to face or over the telephone, where typical sessions last around 60-90 minutes.
The humanistic approach in psychology views the client with unconditional positive regard and helps them to (achieve if possible) self-actualisation. Mindfulness can also be used to help with values, goals and making choices (ACT). Other tools may include CBT, NLP and coaching skills.
Mentoring helps to get your life focused, motivated and improve confidence. Whether your not sure about your next career move, relationship or any other decision, coaching may help. You may be facing some hurdles in life or lack the self-confidence to do something. Personal life coaching may be a preferrred style compared to reading a self help book.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a form of counselling focusing on mindfulness and behaviour change, as well as improving psychologcial flexability.

£45 per session lasting 60-90 minutes

I initially contacted Stephen to help me with my motivation in life as I was not bothered about getting up and doing anything. The first session was great because my motivation was explored and this helped me to understand what I needed to do in order to achieve what I wanted.
